“ Rated Good because the food is Good and didn't want to take away from that fact. My complaint is the level of service received. The person who took my order (large catering order) was not customer service oriented whatsoever. From greeting you to providing detailed information on the products and policies. As a result my order was voided from their system. I received no phone call advising me of this and as a result wound up with my church group waiting to eat two hours because the food wasn't there on time. Total incompetency. In addition, when I had to call several times trying to rectify the problem, she lied about a couple of things and never did she apologize or take responsibility for any of it. Have ordered from Jimmie's for several years and always had a pleasant experience each time. ”
“ So I haven't been to this place in a long while, like years. But I see it was under new ownership and they advertised great deals on the flyer, and what caught my eye was the new slogan "If we don't eat it , we don't serve it "!! So that definitely sparked my interest. So I ordered 10piece chicken (legs & thighs) fried hard with lemon pepper. Let me tell you the chicken was delicious, crunchy skin and juicy chicken.. The owner was very nice and provided great customer service with a smile No attitude. I'll definitely be coming back. It was also very clean in there and smelled clean. ”
